The apartment "No. 3" in the house "sunshine" is located on the mezzanine floor (some steps must be managed to the apartment) and can accommodate a maximum of four people. The living space of the approximately 50 m² accommodation is divided into a living / dining room, two separate bedrooms and a bathroom.
The living room is furnished with a cozy sitting area, TV, DVD player with a DVD collection for all ages, Wi-Fi, a dining area and an open kitchenette. The small kitchenette is u. a. equipped with a 2-plate stove, a dishwasher, an oven and a coffee machine. From the living area you have access to the furnished terrace in south west location. The bathroom has a shower / WC and a towel heater. One of the two bedrooms has a double bed (separate mattresses, open foot end, dimensions: 1.80 x 2.00 m) and a wardrobe, a floor-to-ceiling window is available. The children's room is equipped with a bunk bed (with protective grid) and a wardrobe, also here is a floor-to-ceiling window. The apartment is equipped with socket protection and a collection of board games and books especially for families is available.
