The bright and modernly furnished apartment No. 5 in the "Haus Sonnenschein" is about 50 m² in size and is located on the first floor, it can accommodate three people.
Living room with two-seater couch (with sleeping function, dimensions: 2 m x 90 cm) and armchairs as well as a small kitchenette - u. a. equipped with: dishwasher, refrigerator with *** - freezer, 2-burner stove and coffee machine. From the living area you have access to the furnished south-facing balcony.
There are two bedrooms - one with a double bed (200 cm x 180 cm - separate mattresses) and a small room with a single bed (200 cm x 90 cm) and lots of storage space. The large, partially covered and glazed balcony invites you to spend many cozy hours.
The bathroom has a shower and toilet.
Cable TV, stereo, radio etc. available. The apartment is completely covered with ceramic flooring and can therefore be allergy-friendly.

It is about a 15-minute walk to the beach and a 3-minute walk to the town center.

During the 2019 season, a new building will be built on the neighboring property. Construction noise may therefore have to be expected.
