The non-smoking apartment "No. 12" in the "Residenz am Kurpark" is located in the 1. Floor of the apartment house and can accommodate max. 4 people. The living space of the approximately 56 m² accommodation is divided into a living area with an open kitchenette, two separate bedrooms and the bathroom.
The comfortable living area has a seating area, flat-screen TV, stereo and DVD player. From the living area you have access to the furnished west-facing balcony with stunning views of the Grömitzer Kurpark.
The master bedroom has a double bed (180 x 200 cm - separate mattresses) and a large wardrobe. The children's room has a bunk bed (90 x 200 cm) and a large wardrobe.

In the entrance area of the apartment is a kitchenette with oven, dishwasher and 4-ring ceramic hob and a dining area for four people. This apartment is designed with laminate and tiled floors.

A baby travel bed is also available, but can only be installed in the living room for reasons of space.

The beach is about 5 minutes walk.
