Apartment

Our cozy, bright apartment for 2-4 persons is about 45 square meters.
The apartment is located directly in a pedestrian street with many shops and restaurants. The beach and the Meerwasserhallenbad and spa management is only 8 minutes. Shops and supermarkets are within walking distance (about 3 minutes) available.

The apartment has a separate bedroom with built-in wardrobe (linen can be rented) and in the living room there are u. a. an additional pull-out couch (2,00x1,40m) for 2 persons.
At the cozy dinette you can not only eat but also be cloned and played. A baby chair is available if required.

A flat TV with DVBT receiver is available as well as a small stereo compact system with CD player.

The kitchen is equipped with a 4 plate stove, oven, dishwasher, microwave, toaster, coffee machine, fridge freezer, pots, pans and enough crockery and cutlery. The separate bathroom with round shower starts from the entrance hallway.

A covered balcony with beach chair and seating furniture invites you to sit outdoors in suitable weather.

There is a parking space (number 6) in the lockable underground car park.
