In our holiday home Marina II we offer you in a traffic-calmed and beach-near location for the season 2014 renovated and newly furnished apartments for 2-4 persons. In 5 minutes you are on the beach.
The apartment Whg. 1 offers a large living-dining room with comfortable seating - black leather sofa 3, a small black leather cocktail chair - white table with maritime decoration under glass, modern TV wall with supply cabinet in white glossy look, modern flat screen TV 102 cm, DVD player on request, dining table for 4 people and antique softwood kitchen buffet. Curtains with darkening effect as well as a foldaway bed - white high gloss - with lying surface 90x200 for 1 person, laminate floor, WLAN. The spacious separate bedroom is furnished with a double bed 180x200, carpet maritime blue. Plissees, curtains with blackout possibility, wardrobe in historical look and shabby-style (sunroom) and optional travel cot, dresser with changing table option, baby bed can be made for the bedroom.
The new kitchen is equipped with oven / hob / ceramic hob, dishwasher, microwave, kettle, toaster, coffee maker. The bathroom has shower / WC. South terrace in front of the front door with table, chairs, parasol and a charcoal grill on request.
Our holiday home Marina II is located at the junction Dünenweg in the Möwenstrasse, not far from the Blankwasserweg. You are here in a very quiet and pleasant residential area in the outskirts of Grömitz direction Lensterstrand. Within walking distance you reach the spa promenade in about 5 minutes. Guests with a dog are from there directly on the dog beach. To the pier or the Grömitzer pedestrian zone you walk over the spa promenade about 15 minutes. Two shopping markets (Rewe and Aldi) with opening also on Sundays can be reached by car or bicycle in a few minutes. Follow this on a city map the middle road to the street Brookgang. Spa guests or guests who require continuous medical care during their holiday, will find a general practitioner / spa doctor at about 100 meters away in Hamburger Straße. Many on-site dining options can be easily reached on foot or by bicycle.
