The non-smoking holiday apartment is 38 m² in size and is located on the ground floor of the house with a total of six apartments.

It has 2 rooms and a sunny terrace facing south-west. There is a bedroom with a double bed (180 x 200 cm) and a double sofa bed in the living area. There is also the kitchenette with ceramic hob, oven, microwave, refrigerator and a large dining table.

The bathroom is equipped with a shower, sink and toilet.

A separate storage room for bicycles etc. belongs to the apartment.
In the basement there is a sauna for use by house guests for a fee. Paid washer and dryer are also available.

The house has a lawned garden; a parking space is on the property.

The apartment is in a quiet location; It is 200 m to the beach, 150 m to the supermarket, tourist service and bus stop, 100 m to the playground.

The property can be reached by public transport.
Sheets and towels are included in the price. There is a pick-up service from the bus stop. A shopping service for the arrival date is possible on request.
