The NON-SMOKING duplex apartment has 2 rooms and is 65 m² in size. It is on the first floor and in the attic.

On the first floor is the bedroom with 2 single beds (90 x 200 cm), the bathroom with shower / toilet and the dining room with an open kitchenette and the large dining table. From here you can also access the balcony.

A staircase leads to the attic with the combined living room / bedroom: on the right the sleeping area with a double bed (180 x 200 cm), on the left the living area with a comfortable seating area and television. Please note that the receiver is only programmed for the public channels (ARD, ZDF, 3-Sat, KiKa ..). There is also a DVD player.

A reserved parking space is available in front of the residence.
