The apartment (55m²) on the ground floor consists of an entrance area, a bedroom with a double bed and a bunk bed, a living room with a sofa bed, dining table, cable TV and wireless internet. The new separate kitchen is equipped with a dishwasher, ceramic hob, oven, fridge freezer. The newly renovated bathroom has a bath with shower screen. The glass front will take you directly to the terrace.

You will enjoy in our house, the quiet, noise-free atmosphere of an apartment house in a quiet side street in the countryside and yet only 5 minutes from the fashionable center of Seefeld. Come alone, with friends or with the whole family. You will always find the apartment in the right size. Our 4 spacious apartments are all comfortably furnished in Tyrolean style and with wooden furniture. They have a balcony or terrace with access to the garden, bath / WC, cable TV and W-LAN connection. In winter you can relax in the sauna after a day of sport.
