The penthouse is located on the top floor of a private house and can accommodate four people. The well thought-out two-level apartment has laminate floors and modern furnishings - a perfect accommodation for a romantic holiday. The living and dining room has a couch, a coffee table, a flat screen TV with satellite.-TV and a dining table with seating for four people. Here you can have dinner and also make plans for the next day. The kitchen is equipped with all modern appliances such as oven, ceramic hob, fridge, coffee maker. Kettle dishwasher equipped. The bedroom has a 180 cm wide double bed and a wardrobe. The bathroom consists of a shower, sink and toilet. The slightly steep wooden staircase leads from the kitchen up to the second living level, into the sleeping area with a 180 cm wide double bed and a wardrobe. Modern amenities for a comfortable stay are complemented by air conditioning in the kitchen and in the bedroom as well as free wireless internet access. Outside, the internet signal is a bit weak.

The 20 m² roof terrace offers a table and four chairs and already at breakfast a great view of the sea and the bay. A private parking space is available in the yard.

The stone and concrete beach is only 300 meters from the house. And the first sandy beach is two kilometers away. In five kilometers you reach the old town of Rab. A grocery store and a bakery are just 200 meters away.
