The large, crystal clear pool of the property (heated at 24°C), surrounded by sun loungers and a stretch of healthy lawn, is perfect for refreshment and fun on sunny afternoons. Due to the property’s optimal location, shops, restaurants, bars and cafes are just a 5-minute drive or 2 km away in the centre of Playa Blanca. The golden sand of the beautiful beach Playa Dorada is similarly just a 5-minute drive from the home, where beachgoers can relax on the shore and soak up the Lanzarote sun.
