Apartment 2 on the ground floor of the Apartmani Kažun complex has 2 bedrooms, a sofa bed for 2 people, 1 bathroom and a spacious living-dining room with a functional kitchen. The apartment is on the front of the house, with a west-facing terrace. There is a seating area on the terrace with a dining table and loungers.
In the well-kept garden there is a pool, lounging and seating and a grill.
The apartment is spacious and functional.
It is located on a shared, fenced plot with another holiday home and the house has another apartment on the ground floor and first floor. The system can therefore be optimally booked for several friends of friends.
The well-kept green garden and the pool area is shared by all guests. Sun loungers and seating are available.
One bedroom has a double bed (180x200), the second bedroom has 2 single beds (90x200) and the sofa bed with slatted frame measures 180x200. The bathroom has a shower, a vanity and a toilet.
Bed linen and towels are provided.
The apartment is fully air conditioned and has shutters.
Equipment such as WIFI, coffee machine, stove with oven, extractor hood, toaster and hairdryer are a matter of course. A TV with cable connection is in the living room.
There is a reserved parking space on the property with direct access to the terrace of the apartment.

The proximity to numerous beautiful pebble beaches and the city of Pula are a particular advantage of the holiday home.

A bakery and a small local shop are within walking distance. Supermarkets and various shops can be reached in a few minutes by car.
The public bus stop can be reached in less than 5 minutes.
