The holiday apartment (04) of our villa LIndholm is located in the 1st. Upstairs of an apartment house and is 79 square meters. It has been furnished in a modern and comfortable way and offers a maximum of 6 adults and 1 child in a travel cot room for a relaxing holiday. Through the hallway with mirror and wardrobe you enter the living area. The bright and stylish living room has a sofa bed, underfloor heating, armchair and table, as well as wardrobes, radio and a modern flat-screen TV. In the kitchen area you have a stove, oven, dishwasher, microwave, refrigerator, toaster, coffee maker and kettle and a dining area.

In the 1st and 2nd Each bedroom has a comfortable double bed with bedside tables and reading lamps, a wardrobe and a flat-screen TV. From the living room leads to the beautiful west facing balcony with seating. For an extra charge of 15 Euro fresh towels and bed linen are provided upon arrival. From 14 nights this is including the room rate. The two modern bathrooms are equipped with shower and toilet and have natural light. For our guests is a Strandkorbnutzung from May to September including possible! Cot and highchair are also included! A free parking space is available directly at the house. Bicycles brought or rented on site can be parked free of charge in the bicycle cellar.  

Welcome to the Baltic Sea Binz!   Our modern and comfortably furnished holiday apartment in Baltic Sea Binz (separate entrance, 79 sqm, 1 living room, 2 bedrooms, balcony with garden furniture, modern sofa bed, flat screen TV, separate kitchen with dining area, 2 bathrooms, underfloor heating, WiFi, max 6 adults and a child in travel cot) is located in 1. First floor of an apartment house on a quiet plot.   In modern architecture, the apartment house was completed in the spring of 2017. Built as a double-shell masonry, this guarantees excellent sound and thermal insulation in every season and thus meets the latest construction standards. The house has a garden with large trees and is located on a small hill; It consists of five apartments and has an elevator. The holiday apartment in the beautiful Baltic resort of Binz is centrally located, near the kilometer-long, fine sandy beach on the Baltic Sea (300m). In the immediate vicinity you will find supermarkets (200m), restaurants (200m), gas station (400m), bus station and train station in each case 200m. The beach promenade is about 400m, the city center with many small shops can be reached after only 200m. The Baltic Sea Binz itself is located near the UNESCO Biosphere Reserve Southeast Rügen and the Jasmund National Park with beautiful, unspoiled nature. For our guests beach chair use is included from May to September! A free parking space is available directly at the house. Bicycles brought or rented on site can be parked free of charge in the bicycle cellar. The bus stop for public transport is about 200 meters away.
