The apartment offers space for up to 5 people and features two cosy bedrooms with a total of 4 beds - including a double bed, a sofa bed, and two single beds. The interior is designed in a modern and practical manner to make your stay as pleasant as possible.



The bathroom is equipped with a shower and offers all necessary amenities. The fully equipped kitchen with an induction hob invites you to cook together. It features a refrigerator, freezer, dishes, and kitchen utensils, as well as a kettle.



A special highlight is the balcony, which offers a beautiful view and is perfect for relaxing. The enclosed property area of 120 m² provides additional space for activities and barbecue evenings. A parking opportunity directly at the building ensures convenient parking.



The location is ideal for families with children. The sandy beach is just 20 metres away, and a supermarket is within a short distance of 600 metres. The apartment has air conditioning for comfortable temperatures and WiFi for connecting to the outside world.



Please note that pets are not allowed. Smoking is, however, permitted on the terrace. The accommodation is excellent for youth groups and offers all guests a comfortable stay.
