This charming holiday apartment is located in a quiet, green part of the island of Vir, just a few minutes from the sea and the town centre. It is situated on the first floor of a well-maintained house and features a separate entrance and its own terrace. With a living area of 31 m², the apartment offers space for up to 3 people and is ideal for couples or small families who appreciate tranquillity and proximity to the beach and centre.



The apartment has two air-conditioned bedrooms - one with a double bed, the other with a single bed. In the cosy living and dining area, there is a well-equipped kitchen with a 4-plate electric cooker, fridge with freezer compartment, kettle, extractor hood, cooking utensils, crockery and cutlery. A dining table for up to three people as well as SAT-TV, radio and WiFi provide comfort and entertainment. The bathroom is functionally furnished and features a shower, WC, washbasin, window, mirror and hairdryer.



The sunny, 12 m² terrace with a south-facing orientation invites you to relax outdoors. Here you will find a table with chairs, a parasol, and a clothes horse - ideal for a cosy breakfast or relaxed evenings outside. A private parking space is located directly at the house.



Guests also have access to a barbecue area in the garden. Bed linen, towels, Wi-Fi, air conditioning and final cleaning are included in the price. Optionally, an airport transfer (for a fee) and a communal washing machine can be used.



The location is ideal: The sea and the next beach Lučica are only about 400 m away, the city centre and the popular beach Jadro can be reached in about 10 minutes on foot. Restaurants, bars, supermarket, pharmacy and bakery are located in the immediate vicinity.



Around the accommodation, a diverse range of leisure activities awaits you. In the surrounding area, you can swim, snorkel, dive, surf, sail, or explore the coast by kayak. Families with children will be delighted by the nearby aquapark and children's playground. For active holidaymakers, there are also bicycle rentals, water sports, boat trips, or beach volleyball.
