It features two cosy bedrooms with double beds, a bathroom with a shower, and an open living and dining area with a fully equipped kitchen. Here you will find everything you need: electric cooker, oven, microwave, refrigerator with freezer compartment, kettle, coffee machine, crockery and cooking utensils. In the living area, you have a dining table, a corner sofa (extendable), an LCD TV and an air conditioning system at your disposal.



From here, you can access the spacious 25 m² terrace, which is equipped with a table, chairs, sun loungers, and a parasol - the perfect place to enjoy a cosy breakfast or end the day with a glass of wine. WiFi, bed linen, towels, and the use of air conditioning are included in the price. Two parking spaces are available directly at the house.



The completely fenced property offers additional privacy. In the garden, table tennis, a sun terrace, as well as fresh fruit and vegetables from the landlord's garden are available to you. After consultation, the grill can also be used.



Restaurants, cafés and shopping opportunities are located nearby, and you can reach the centre of Vir in just a few minutes. The surrounding area offers numerous leisure activities such as swimming, snorkelling, sailing, boat trips, water skiing, parasailing or windsurfing.
