Spacious 3-room NON-SMOKING apartment (79 sqm), mezzanine floor, in the annex of a restored villa of the resort architecture. The outbuilding is also built in mansion style in 1910 and restored from 1992 to 1996. Quiet and near the beach location, about 100 m to the fine-grained Baltic Sea beach. The Ostseetherme (with adventure pool, gym and spa area, etc.) is only about 200 meters away. A parking space (number 8) is available for free on the lockable property. Bike rental against fee on request with the key manager possible. A lockable bicycle cellar is available in the house. Also located in the basement a coin dryer. In the Upstalsboom-Hotel Ostseestrand, next door, you can use the wellness and physiotherapy area on request for a fee. As a partner of the Baltic Sea Therme Usedom, we offer our guests a special service, you get 50% off the entrance fee to the spa, when and as often you feel like bathing and sauna fun.  Please note that the spa is closed for maintenance about 14 days a year in January. 

Apartment on the mezzanine:
The spacious apartment "Coralle" has 3 rooms and is located on the ground floor of the garden house. It is for max. 6 holiday guests suitable. The living room has 2 sofa beds (cross sleeper) and a spacious dining area with 6 chairs in the bay window. The bedroom is equipped with a double bed (160 x 200 cm). The third room can be used as a living room / bedroom and has two sofa beds (each 90 x 200 cm). The living room has carpet. In the other two rooms a laminate floor is laid. The apartment is equipped with cable TV in three rooms and one music system in two rooms. In the kitchen is a high quality fitted kitchen with electric stove, fridge freezer, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, CD - radio and dishwasher. In the front building there is the possibility of using a coin dryer. Furthermore, the apartment amenities include an iron and ironing board and a hair dryer. A cot and a high chair are available free of charge on request. A cot and high chair are available free of charge upon request from the property manager. A deposit of 100.00 € and the rental laundry (if ordered by the administrator) in the amount of 12,00 € per person (initial equipment / Mietwaschepakete) are to be paid upon arrival to the key administrator.

Arrivals are possible from 16:00 to 20:00 and departures from 08:00 to 10:00.
