The property has a private outdoor area with separate entrance, fenced, partly lawned, trees and terraced, with panoramic sea views, equipped with deck chairs, sun loungers and umbrella. Also present is a partially paved area next to the house equipped with table, chairs, umbrella and barbecue for outdoor meals. In the surrounding area possibility of hiking, trekking or horseback riding (riding stable at 1 km). You can buy wines from the house owner.
