Apartment 3 on the first floor of the complex Apartmani Kažun has 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and a spacious living-dining room with a spacious kitchen. A wonderful kitchen with complete equipment such as dishwasher, oven, fridge and freezer allow a relaxing holiday.

The apartment has a large west-facing and a smaller south-facing terrace. In the well-kept garden are a pool, lying and seating areas and a barbecue grill available.

The apartment is very spacious and modern and functional. It is located on a shared, fenced plot with another holiday home and in the house there are another 2 apartments on the ground floor. The well-kept green garden and the pool area is shared by all guests. Sunbeds and seating are available.

One bedroom is with a double bed (180x200), the second and the third bedroom are each equipped with 2 single beds (90x200).

Sheets and towels are provided.

The apartment is fully air conditioned and has shutters.

Equipment such as WIFI, coffee maker, toaster and hair dryer are of course. A large TV with cable connection is in the living room.

The property has a reserved parking space.

On the ground floor of the house is a washing machine for use.

Guests have access to the gardens and pool area.
