The 87 square meter, bright apartment is on the ground floor of a beautiful villa from 1922, framed by a park-like garden. The villa is located halfway up in one of the preferred residential areas of Baden-Baden, the sunny Annaberg. From here you have a wonderful view of the old castle and the Battert rocks. In 10 minutes you are on foot in the city, even faster you are in the forest. The "Wanderprotal Merkur" with its many circular routes starts 500 meters from here. The apartment is spacious: As is often the case in the old building, the winter garden, dining room and living room merge, creating an impression of spaciousness.
The furnishing style could be described as "stylish / puristic". From the apartment you can access a small, private garden area. Of course, you can use the entire property.
We prefer to rent this apartment to guests looking for longer stays. The city charges a tourist tax of 3.80 per person per night for non-professional stays. This is not included in the price. You get the city's guest card and receive numerous discounts, e.g. B. in the Caracalla thermal baths or the casino.
