The well-equipped apartment is located on the first floor of a three-story house with a view of the countryside.
The house is surrounded by a well-kept tropical garden, which also contains the community pool and the outdoor shower. The property is fenced. The shady garden and the spacious balcony invite you to relax.
The apartment is only about 500 m from the famous Burriana beach. It is a 15-minute walk to Nerja's city center and a 5-minute walk to the supermarkets.

Nerja is the "pearl on the Costa del Sol", one of the most beautiful seaside resorts on the Spanish Mediterranean coast. The climate is warm and subtropical, and even winter is very pleasant.
Nerja has a beautiful old town that invites you to stroll; many international restaurants, promenade, the Balcon de Europa and has the largest stalactite cave in Europe (where sometimes high-class concerts take place).
There are several beaches framed by rocks, the most beautiful is the Burriana beach.
The city borders on the Sierra Tejeda y Almijara National Park with 2000 m high mountains. There are gorges, rivers, a large network of hiking trails and all water sports such as swimming, surfing, diving, water skiing, surfing nearby; but also hiking, cycling, climbing, horseback riding, paraglyding, tours with quad or scooter and more. v.m ..
Many famous sights of Andalusia are easily accessible by car or bus as a day trip.
