This modern pool house is located in Zadar, Northern Dalmatia, just about 1 km from the sea, and can accommodate up to 7 people. It is ideal for families, groups, or couples who want to spend a relaxing holiday in a central but quiet location. Pets are allowed.



The accommodation has three bedrooms, two bathrooms, a fully equipped kitchen, and a living and dining room with satellite TV, corner sofa bed, CD player, and air conditioning. On the furnished terrace and sun terrace with pool, you can enjoy relaxed hours in the fresh air. The outdoor area offers sun loungers, parasols, an outdoor shower, garden use, barbecue facilities, and fruits and vegetables from the garden.
