This cosy holiday apartment is located in the popular holiday destination of Kali on the island of Ugljan and is only about 200 metres from the sea. With two bedrooms, a modern bathroom and a fully equipped kitchen, it offers space for up to five people and is perfect for families, couples or small groups.



From the balcony, you can enjoy a beautiful view of the sea – the ideal place for breakfast with sunrise or relaxed evenings after a day at the beach. The apartment is equipped with air conditioning, WiFi, satellite TV, dishwasher, and a private washing machine. A private parking space directly at the house is also available to you.



The holiday home has several apartments in total and additionally offers a communally usable outdoor area with a garden and pool. Bed linen and towels are included in the price. Pets are welcome upon request, for which additional fees may apply.



The location convinces through short distances: You can reach the town centre, restaurants and shopping opportunities within a few minutes on foot, while various beaches are just a walk away. In the surrounding area, you will find numerous leisure activities such as diving, sailing, water sports or hikes through the Mediterranean landscape of the island.
