The apartment is located outside the village of Chayofa, in a quiet and central location. There is a house with 2 residential units on the property. Chayofa is just a few kilometers away from the tourist centers of Los Cristianos and Playa de las Americas. Apartment with spacious living room and adjacent winter garden with a large window front. The living room with couch and desk, in the winter garden there is a table with chairs and loungers. Separate kitchen with stove, oven, microwave, coffee machine, toaster, washing machine, fridge-freezer, dishes and cooking utensils, dining area for 4 people. A large bedroom with a double bed and a smaller one with 2 single beds. Bathroom is with tub and integrated shower, bidet and vanity. Hair dryer and towels available.
