This modern and very well equipped penthouse apartment is located in a dream location above the beach in Callao Salvaje. A large community pool belongs to the apartment. On the terrace there is patio furniture and a small electric grill, there are also 2 sun loungers, parasols and a awning. If you don't want to go to the beach, you can spend relaxing hours by the pool. Sun beds are available to guests free of charge. The apartment has its own cushions for the sun loungers that you can take to the pool. The newly created beach of Callao Salvaje is right outside the door. From the apartment there is a direct connection to the beach on the side. There are bells on the parasols with which you can bring the waiter directly to your deck chair. Here the food is served on porcelain plates and you are provided with cool drinks. It couldn't be better !!! In the living area there is a comfortable leather couch around the corner, a large 55 inch flat screen TV (satellite TV for German and international programs), stereo system and a dining table. The well-equipped kitchen with dishwasher, ceramic hob, oven, extractor hood, large refrigerator with extra freezer, microwave, toaster, kettle, coffee machine and of course sufficient dishes and cooking utensils. In the bedroom there are 2 single beds put together (thus 180x190) and a wardrobe, reading lamps with dimmer function and practical blinds to darken. A well-equipped bathroom with bathtub, toilet, vanity and a window with a screen. Guests of the apartment also have a hairdryer, cosmetic mirror and 2 bathrobes. Sufficient towels and bath towels as well as beach and pool towels are provided.
