The 1 room 55m² Non smoking apartment is located in the heart of Emmerthal / Kirchohsen, is bright and friendly, newly renovated and equipped with a kitchenette, wireless internet, TV and separate bathroom. Children are welcome.

A room divider separates living room from the bedroom as seen in the pictures. A box spring bed (2 persons) and a sofa bed in the living room for 2 persons are available. 2 baby cots can be borrowed free of charge.
The living room has a 46 inch satellite TV.

The kitchenette is equipped with a fridge, ceramic hob, oven, kettle, microwave, toaster, filter coffee maker, pots, pans, plates, cups, glasses, bowls and a small selection of spices. A dining table with 4 seats is available.

The large bathroom offers underfloor heating, barrier-free shower incl. Hair dryer, towels and a small shower gel.
