The property is situated at the end of a cul-de-sac in a lively area. The domicile is also popular due to the view from the property of the mountains and its sunny location. Available for shared use are: sun umbrella, barbecue facilities, terrace, and garden furniture.

Seline. The holiday flat is located on a 1000 m² enclosed garden plot with lawn, flowers, shrubs and trees, bordered by a fence. The landlord lives permanently in the house but uses a separate entrance. The cosy atmosphere, proximity to the beach, a large garden and the view of Paklenica National Park make this property a perfect place for a relaxing stay. Access is via a side road (asphalted, length 150 m). Parking (for 4 cars) on the property and on the street in front of the house.

Kitchenette in the eat-in kitchen (6 sqm, walkthrough room) with electric cooker (ceramic hob, 2 rings), refrigerator (100 l, freezer compartment), microwave, electric kettle and access to the balcony. Bathroom with shower, 1 washbasin, WC, hairdryer and window.
