Surrounded by fields in a quiet area of the popular holiday town Conil de la Frontera, the modern Villa Conilsur 2 welcomes you with its simple, contemporary design. The house offers a spacious living/dining area with a well-equipped open kitchen and a small wood stove, 4 bedrooms, and 2 bathrooms, accommodating up to 8 guests. Wi-Fi and TV are provided. Outside, a covered terrace with a dining table and barbecue area invites you to enjoy freshly prepared meals with a glass of wine. The well-kept lawn is furnished with sun loungers and leads to the fenced pool area with an outdoor shower. Here, you can swim and soak up the southern Spanish sun. Thanks to its excellent location, both the town center and the beach are within easy reach. A variety of shops, restaurants, bars, and cafés are 1.3 km away, and the nearest beach, Playa de los Bateles, is 2 km away—a 30-minute walk through Parque de la Atalaya.



Parking is available on the property. Up to 2 pets (max. 15 kg each) are welcome. In accordance with local regulations, all guests must provide identification and sign a rental agreement. Visits from non-registered guests are not allowed during your stay. Failure to comply will result in loss of deposit and contract termination. Late check-out is available on request for an extra fee. Please note: Bedrooms are not heated. During your stay, government regulations may affect water usage, including pool access, garden irrigation, or tap water limits.
