The separate bedroom offers with a box spring bed any living comfort to feel good. The fitted kitchen is fully equipped. Quietly located and yet in the middle of your balcony is oriented in this apartment in the south.

The bathroom is equipped with a bath, toilet and sink. In the basement there are also washing and drying machines for common use. The associated underground parking space can be rented for 3 € / day. All floors up to the underground car park are easily reachable by a lift.

For each stay is a one-time cleaning of 45 €.
