The fitted kitchen is equipped with ceramic hob and microwave, fridge freezer and sink. In addition, the kitchen has a small bar with a kind of hatch and bar stools. From the balcony, which can be reached via the living room, you look out over the bathing area and can already catch a glimpse of the spa park. The east-facing balcony promises the first, warm sunshine in the morning; perfect for a breakfast in the open air.

The bathroom is new and equipped with a large shower, toilet and sink. Also in this apartment is a TV and Wi-Fi. In the basement there are also washing and drying machines for common use. The associated underground parking space can be rented for 3 € / day. All floors, including the underground car park, are easily accessible by lift.

For each stay is a one-time cleaning of 45 €.
