The Seevilla Berlin is located on a 2000m² large water property with about 35m waterfront.  The house has about 200m² of living space with 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms.  Following the Bauhaus style, the exclusive house was built on the lake side with floor-to-ceiling windows and sliding glass doors.  On the ground floor there is a corridor area with large lockers and a guest bathroom with toilet, shower, washing area and washing machine.  The approximately 80m ² living, dining and kitchen area has a fireplace and a high-quality ceramic kitchen with Teppanyaki Grill and Nesspressomachine.  Through the large windows you have a magnificent view of the property towards the lake.  An open staircase leads to the gallery, which has 3 bedrooms and a separate bathroom.  The master bedroom has a bathroom en suite with shower, bath and double wash basin, separate toilet and a dressing area. 2 bedrooms have access to the balcony with wonderful lake view.  All bedrooms have double boxspring beds. 

Seevilla Berlin:
The kitchen has a dishwasher, induction field, teppanyaki grill on the cooking island with additional sink, oven with Dampfgarfunktion and microwave and Nespresso machine.  In the dining area there is a table for 8 people and in the living area a breakfast area for 4 people.  All bathrooms have a rainforest shower partly with lighting / color change.  In the master bath you can look out of the bath to the lake.  On the ground floor and in the two lakeside bedrooms, the large windows are equipped with electric blinds for darkening.  In the 3. Bedroom is a desk.  The property has Wi-Fi and satellite TV.  For the little ones there is a travel cot with mattress and a high chair for children. 

Arrivals are possible from 16:00 to 19:00 and departures from 06:00 to 10:00.
