The house is spacious and attractively located in the middle of a landscape conservation area. It offers an incomparable view of the expanse and the sea. In the distance you can see Lisbon and the Tagus estuary. The large garden (4500 sqm) with barbecue area and the terraces invite you to relax.
Two bakers in the village offer fresh bread every day and the village fisherman offer freshly caught fish almost every day. In the village shop you get the most necessary (1.5 km), in several supermarkets (12 km) or in Sesimbra (12 km) you can do the big shopping. In the excellently equipped kitchen with a 4-burner induction cooker, amateur cooks and cooking professionals have every opportunity.
The beaches nearby are diverse, from the 20-kilometer-long sandy beach that stretches almost to Lisbon, to lagoons with shallow water for small children, to the rocky coast with small, quiet bays and crystal-clear water. You can hike along the rocky coast with very beautiful views.
Sesimbra, the old fishing town, offers a wide range of leisure activities, from kayak rentals to diving schools and boat rentals. Numerous small restaurants and cafes spoil their customers.
Lisbon is just under an hour's drive away. There are many other excursion destinations, for example: Cabo Espichel (an old monastery on cliffs), Sintra with its gardens and its fairytale castle, the Arrabida (a nature reserve with great views of the sea), the Troia peninsula, in front of which dolphins are often seen are.
