Casa Pablo - holiday house for 4-6 persons with private Pool in quiet surroundings, with air condition, WiFi and bicycles The beautiful beaches of the Urbanisation Roche can be reached in only 5 min. by car.
The details of the house are:
- 2 bedrooms, one with double bed, one with double bed plus two bunk beds
- Living room with table and chairs, sofas, SAT-TV with British and international programmes, fireplace, and air condition.
- fully fitted kitchen with ceran cooker, washing machine, dishwasher, oven, fridge/freezer, coffee machine, toaster and all necessary kitchen utensils
- bathroom with shower
The house is tastefully funished, the high ceilings give an amply and nice impression.
All windows are fitted with fly-screens. The covered terrace is nicely furnished with a table and chairs.
The size of the pool is 3,5 x 7 m. It is operated year-around. There are deckchairs and a garden barbecue.
The plot is totally walled with an entrance through a large sliding door, parking space for 2 cars.
There is a typical Spanish “Venta”, a bar/restaurant in the near, a small supermarket only 50 m away.
4 Bicycles are provided (3 for adults 1 for children)
