Superb villa for 8 persons (4 bedrooms), within walking distance to Conil – with private pool and garden and free WiFi This large Andalusian style villa offers 4 spacious bedrooms, two on each floor. From the master-bedroom on the first floor you can enjoy a nice view of the swimming pool; the other bedroom on the first floor has its own furnished south-western terrace.
The living room is also large, with dining-area, 2 sofas, SAT TV with British channels, fireplace.
The high-class open kitchen is fully equipped, including dish-washer and washing-machine.
There are two bathrooms, one with an appealing bathtub.
The covered south-western terrace is preciously furnished.
The nicely formed swimming pool has its own waterfall and is surrounded by a subtropical garden.
There is a nice barbecue with outdoor-kitchen as well as deck-chairs on the lawn.
You enter the plot through an automatic gate; otherwise it is fully protected by a wall.
In the vicinity there are a few more vacation villas, therefore it is rather quiet. The distance to the beaches is just 2 KM and to the centre of Conil with its bars and restaurants only 1.000mtrs = ten minutes walking.
