Well equipped, the lounge with open kitchen, with refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave with grill, washing machine, coffee machine, toaster and all necessary kitchen appliances. Salon with sofas and armchairs, TV with British and international channels, dining table with 6 chairs, fireplace and air condition. Bathroom with bath, additional guest bathroom. The house has a covered terrace with patio furniture.
The garden is beautiful, here is the fenced 4 x 7 m swimming pool and a brick barbecue. Two car parking spaces on the property are in place and are secured by an automatic gate .
