The apartments are located in an exclusive and quiet location. Some have a direct view of the Baltic Sea and a five-minute walk to the beach promenade. Not far from the apartment complex you can take long walks in the national park "Jasmund". The beautiful property is 1300 square meters and is located next to an old historic villa, which in former times was a summer residence of a rich Berlin merchant.  The 2004 opened complex has 11 apartments in high-end equipment (1- to 2- room, terrace, fully equipped kitchen, satellite TV, stereo, elevator, underground parking (duplex parking system), whole or partial Baltic Sea panorama) and are suitable for Spatial distribution also for friendly families.  Restaurants and cozy pubs can be found in the area.
