The house is centrally located in a quiet side street in the center. The distance to the beach is only 150 m. The marked car parking lot is located in the yard directly behind the house in front of the entrance of the apartment and is provided free of charge. The apartment Stella is an exclusive furnished apartment on a spacious 64 square meters on the ground floor of VillaStrandEIns. Two terraces and lawns are available for sole use. In front of the tastefully and comfortably furnished living / dining area is the terrace and lawn in the south / east direction. The comfortable sofa bed (1,6x2m) is suitable for 2 persons. The spacious open kitchen is equipped with all technical comfort (fridge / freezer, dishwasher, oven, induction hob, microwave). Also coffee maker, toaster, kettle, hand mixer and hand blender are available. The bedroom is equipped with a double bed in comfort height (1,8x2,0m), a large wardrobe and a TV. Here you have access to the second terrace and lawn in the south / west direction. The luxurious bathroom has a large walk-in shower, granite vanity, under cabinet, towel warmer and hair dryer. Sheets and towels are included in the rental price for 2 people. A washing machine and clothes dryer are available in the common room. Iron and ironing board are available in the apartment.

Arrivals are possible from 15:00 to 18:00 and departures from 07:00 to 10:00.
