It is only about 100 meters from the beautiful sandy beach of the Baltic Sea. The apartment with a large terrace is very high quality and comfortably furnished. Villa Carina has six apartments. It was built in 2010.

The apartment has a beautiful large bedroom, a large living room with a separate kitchenette, a bathroom with shower, vanity and toilet and a large terrace with a beach chair. Four people can spend a wonderful holiday in the spacious apartment. The sofa in the living room can easily be pulled out into a double bed.
The living room with separate kitchen and dining table is very spacious. It includes a cozy upholstered suite and a large TV. The large terrace windows offer a beautiful view of the countryside. The 12sqm terrace belonging to the apartment is equipped with modern patio furniture and a beach chair. The bedroom is furnished with a large double bed and a second TV. The bathroom is modern and functional.

The spacious property is largely natural. There are the parking spaces,
and possibilities to put bicycles under. The property is available to residents for individual use.
A washing machine is available for shared use.
Each apartment has WiFi.
