The two-room apartment with a bedroom, a large living room with kitchenette is about 50 square meters. It is located on the ground floor on a hillside in the Villa Carina. It is only about 100 meters from the beautiful sandy beach of the Baltic Sea. The apartment with a large terrace is very high quality and comfortably furnished. Villa Carina has six apartments. It was built in 2010.

The apartment has a beautiful large bedroom, a large living room with a separate kitchenette, a bathroom with shower, vanity and toilet and a large terrace with beach chair. In the spacious apartment four people can spend a nice holiday. The sofa in the living room can easily be pulled out to a double bed.
The living room with separate kitchenette and dining table is very generously cut. It includes a comfortable sofa set and a large TV. The large terrace windows offer a beautiful view of the countryside. The 12qm large terrace belonging to the apartment is equipped with modern patio furniture and a beach chair. The bedroom is equipped with a large double bed and a second TV. The bathroom is modern and functional.

The spacious property is largely natural. There are the car parking spaces,
and possibilities to place bicycles. The property is available to the residents for individual use.
A washing machine is available for shared use.
Each apartment has WiFi.
