Apartment "Niche" (36sqm): The apartment is located on the first floor of the "Old Backhaus". It has a combined living room / bedroom with fully equipped kitchen, dining table, sectional sofa, double bed, flat screen TV, DVD player, etc., shower room with toilet, a separate children's bedroom and a south-facing balcony overlooking the playground, the pony pasture and the Baltic Sea.
