3-room apartment with large balcony. 88 sqm, shower / WC, non-smoker apartment, up to 6 persons (max 6 adults), kitchenette, dining area, cozy living room. The first bedroom has a double bed and a single bed and the 2nd Bedroom with a double bed and an extra bed. The bringing of pets is chargeable (6.00 Euro / day).

The Villa Asta was built in the style of the classic resort architecture at the turn of the century and completely reconstructed and modernized. It is located right next to the Hotel Merkur, in the historic center of Binz. Only 100 meters to the fantastic white sandy beach of Binzer Bay. The main shopping street, the pier, the Kurplatz and the Schmachter See promenade can be reached within a few minutes on foot. Numerous restaurants, cafes and shops are in the immediate vicinity. The reconstructed villa offers cozy and especially spacious apartments for families with children but also for the place-spoiled guest.

Arrivals are possible from 16:00 to 19:00 and departures from 07:00 to 10:00.
