The house was completely renovated in September / October 2018.

The house is located in Ortrandlage surrounded by fields on which grow cereals, oilseed rape, corn or sunflowers.
At your disposal are a living room with fireplace, TV and radio / DVD and a large dining table to sit in and sit together comfortably.
A fully equipped open kitchen is no exception.
There are fridge with freezer, stove, oven, dishwasher, microwave, kettle and toaster available.
Furthermore, there is a bath with rain shower, toilet and vanity and a towel heater and underfloor heating.

The bedrooms are comfortably furnished and quiet.

On the ground floor is a small bedroom with a single bed.
Upstairs is the cozy bedroom with a double bed and storage space for your belongings.
Another bedroom is upstairs with a single bed and a desk.
In front of the house is a large terrace and a fireplace available.
In and in front of the house there is Wi-Fi.
In front of the property can be parked.
The regional train is a 15-minute walk away. The feeder to the long distance cycle path Berlin Copenhagen passes directly on the property.
The castle Sommerswalde with its Budist center is an interesting place.
Furthermore, the castle Schwante attracts numerous visitors with a good restaurant and cultural events.
In Schwante there is a discount store, probably the best bakery in the state of Brandenburg and a milk filling station with locally produced products.
