The built in Scandinavian wooden stand construction cottage with 80 m² living space has the highest comfort and convinces with its thoughtful and clear layout, enough space for 2 to 5 adults + 1 infant up to 3 years in travel cot. The house is lovingly furnished and offers a high-quality establishment on two floors. The central living area of the house is equipped with a fireplace and underfloor heating and has flat-screen TV and DVD player. You do not have to do without an Internet connection via W-LAN. This is included for you. A large couch and two cozy armchairs guarantee relaxing evenings in the cold season. The modern fitted kitchen is equipped with all the necessary equipment for your stay during your stay. These include a fridge-freezer, an oven with ceramic hob, a cooker hood, a microwave and a dishwasher. An electric kettle, toaster and blender, as well as cooking utensils are also included. The dining area with large dining table can accommodate 5 people. Large floor-to-ceiling window elements provide the room with plenty of light and an upstream sun terrace (southwest) invites you to linger and relax. In addition, sunbeds and a parasol will find their place on the spacious, furnished wooden terrace. Also part of the ground floor is the master bedroom which is located on the sea facing side, and has a large double bed (1.80m x 1.90m) with a bedside table and a spacious wardrobe. The spacious, fully equipped, bathroom with underfloor heating, shower, whirlpool bath, toilet, washing area, hair dryer, washing machine and sauna will delight you. You can reach it from the hallway with shoe rack and wardrobe. An open staircase in the living area leads to the light-filled gallery with floor-to-ceiling windows. Here you will find a comfortable seating area with a fantastic view of the pine forest. There is also a French bed (1,40m x 2,00m) under the sloping roof which is separated from the room by a curtain. From the gallery you reach the second bedroom which is equipped with two single beds (each 0,90m x 2,00m) with adjustable slatted frames, comfortably under sloping ceilings. From the window you can see the Baltic Sea over the dune. The bedroom is completed with a wardrobe and a flat-screen TV. Both bedrooms can be darkened for a restful sleep and are equipped with insect screens. For our little guests there is a travel cot (without additional mattress and without Bettinlett) and a high chair included. 2 small pets are welcome guests for an additional charge. In the cultivation shed you can accommodate various beach utensils. A parking space (No. 211) is located directly in front of the house. The initial equipment of a linen package (complete bed linen, 1 towel, 2 small towels) you can book until 14 days before arrival for 15.00 € per person or supplement by your own. For packages booked for 2 or more, you will receive 1 dish towel and 1 shower mat once. The prepayment of consumption costs will be calculated according to individual consumption amount (electricity 0.39 Euro / KWh, water 7.50 Euro / m³) and will be refunded after departure.   Please note: The houses in the Strandpark are in a biosphere reserve, so barbecuing with an open fire is not allowed.

The UNESCO Biosphere Reserve of the Mönchgut Peninsula is one of the most beautiful and versatile parts of the island of Rügen. Miles of sandy beaches, the blue sea, wide green forests and hilly meadows alternate with idyllic seaside resorts and fishing villages in restful peace. At the gateway to the peninsula Mönchgut, between the two seaside resorts Sellin and Göhren, lies the Baltic resort Baabe. The Baltic Sea bath extends contemplatively from the Bodden coast over the peaceful fishing village with its thatched-roof houses, whose flair is preserved to this day, further over the today's village originated from approx. 1890, up to the coastal forest. The connection to the Baltic Sea forms a long and white bathing beach. The beach road invites you to stroll or linger in the numerous shops, restaurants and cafes. Only about 80m from the sandy beach is located here, directly behind the dune, the cottage "Sprottenkiste". The house was built in 2005 in the beach park Baabe. The light coastal forest is ideal for walking, jogging, cycling or hiking and is right on your doorstep. Relax in your private hot tub after an eventful summer's day, warm up in the private sauna after a fall walk on the beach, or enjoy the cozy warmth of the fireplace on a cold winter's day. The quiet location within the beach park and the immediate proximity to the Baltic promise recovery for the whole family and in every season - including the sound of the sea.
