The listed building was built around 1860 according to the pattern of a typical Darßer Kapitänshaus and restored in 2004. Great emphasis was placed on the preservation of old construction and style elements.

Fireplace, cozy, z. T. antique furniture, numerous books related to the lake, nature and culture of the region (but also exciting novels), Art Nouveau veranda, outside a pretty cottage garden in front of the house, lawn and terrace - all protected by thick, flowering hedges, shrubs and trees and on the east side a cozy, partially covered courtyard: all this makes the special atmosphere of the small estate. The technical equipment of the kitchen and sanitary area (with underfloor heating) is on the most modern level and still conveys a sense of comfort.
