The detached holiday home, built in 1998 and renovated in 2016, is furnished in the typical local style. Available for exclusive use: barbecue facilities and garden furniture.

Ližnjan, district Šišan. The holiday house is located on a 200 sq m enclosed plot. The landlord lives in the house only temporarily, but uses a separate entrance. Access is via a side road (asphalted). Parking (for 2 cars).

Air conditioning, central heating. Internet access (Wi-Fi), iron and washing machine. Television reception via satellite.


Pool
All pools are available for shared use. Outdoor pool (operational from mid-May to end of September, 4 m x 6 m, 1.5 m deep).


Dogs
allowed, EUR 10.00/pet per day.

Shopping 250 m, restaurant 250 m, town centre 2 km. Train station, airport each 10 km in Pula. In summer: Adriatic Sea 2 km in Ližnjan (beach 2 km in Ližnjan with pebbles, stones, and rocks).

Kitchenette in the living room with dining area, gas hob, electric hob, oven, dishwasher, refrigerator (30 l, freezer compartment), microwave and coffee machine. Bathroom with shower, WC and bidet.
