The 65 square meter 3 - room apartment is located on the 1st floor.

From the spacious living-dining area with adjoining kitchen you get into the first bedroom with tandem bed (sleeps 2 people) and TV through which you turn the 2. Bedroom, equipped with a 1.80 m wide double bed, reach.

Enjoy the lateral view of the Baltic Sea from the spacious balcony (accessible from the living room). The kitchen is fully equipped and has a dishwasher and microwave. 

A car parking space, Wi-Fi and 2 bicycles can be used free of charge.

The rental agreement is concluded exclusively between the guest and the owner of the rented apartment.

In one of the most beautiful locations of Binz, the house "Strelasund" was built in 1996 in the style of the resort architecture in direct beach location. In approx. 50 m distance you reach over the directly adjacent beach access the long sandy Baltic Sea beach of Binz. The apartments are between 50 - 65 square meters and suitable for up to 3 and 4 people. Each apartment has a free parking space and 2 bicycles. Wi-Fi access is available free of charge. Additional services can be booked on advance booking: Baby travel bed / high chair per 10 ��� per week, baby bed linen 10 € .The initial bed linen and towels are included in the price for bookings of 7 nights or more.  Bed linen and towels in addition to change: 12,00 € per person, towels 6,00 € per person Pets are not allowed. The journey is possible from 16 - 18 o'clock, or by telephone arrangement.
