About This Property

The apartment is on the mezzanine floor in an old storage building of the former horticultural company Benary. The vaulted cellar as the base of the house was built at the end of the 16th Century. The half-timbered house above was rebuilt around 1850 and completely renovated to a high standard in recent years. All inner walls of the house's outer shell are made of clay plaster and thus ensure a pleasant indoor climate.

The apartment is divided into a small entrance area with a subsequent living and dining area with an open kitchen. A small hallway leads to the 3 separate bedrooms, with 2 bedrooms the bathroom can be reached directly from the room and from the third bedroom (largest) the bathroom is reached via the hallway. The equipment includes a very well equipped kitchen with a Nespresso coffee machine, W-LAN / Airprint printer and much more.

The apartment is only approx. 100 m from the next tram stop (with connection to the train station and airport).
