Apartment

Our apartment is located above the town of Bad Urach in the district Sirchingen and has a wonderful view of the countryside and the nature. Directly in front of the house is a huge garden with adjoining meadow. Within a radius of 200 meters you can reach some hiking parking lots and junctions to the premium hiking trails, the so-called Grafensteigen as well as the connection to the public transport. The apartment is equipped with a spacious kitchen through which in the summer you can also enjoy breakfast through the window onto the terrace in the hillside. On the terrace under the big pine can be grilled. Our apartment has a large living room and a spacious bedroom with double bed. In the living room is a sofa bed so that a total of 4 people find enough space. Bathroom and toilet are separated. In the house you have free Wi-Fi available.

In about 1 km away is the Schorrenfels and offers a magnificent view of the Swabian Alb, the Ermstal and the city of Bad Urach. From there you can reach the many sights around the city along the edge of the Alb. In the vicinity there is the former training area Münsingen with the abandoned in World War II place Gruorn in the middle of the biosphere region of the Swabian Alb. The Lautertal is about 5 km away and stretches with beautiful cycling and hiking trails down to the Danube. In the immediate vicinity are for beer and wine connoisseurs many small brewers and winegrowers.

While in the summer directly from the house by bike, jogging or hiking, the Swabian Alb can be explored, are the cross-country ski trails in the winter in place and can be reached by foot and by car. The ski lift in the village is also in use in snowy conditions.

Our children aged 1, 6 and 9 are always looking forward to the same age visit and enough space is always provided.

Tourist tax:
In addition to the rent for the apartment, the city of Bad Urach charges a tourist tax of € 2 per person per night. Children are exempted from the tourist tax.
