The house is located in a quiet location, only about 280 m from the beach and the marina Wackerballig. It is modern and comfortably furnished, also very suitable for a family vacation. From the large windows of the living-dining room and the upper floor and from the open south-facing terrace you have a magnificent view of the large garden with old fruit trees, on surrounding fields and nature, partly on the Baltic Sea. The two-storey holiday home offers 130 m² of living space on a plot of 600 m². The ground floor comprises a generously light-filled living area with kitchenette, dining area, sofa and stove, two bedrooms each with a double bed, a bathroom with sauna, underfloor heating, bath, toilet and shower and a separate toilet with large wall cabinet. Upstairs there are two rooms: a gallery with two single beds and a larger room with a French double bed and a sitting area with large windows and a wide view to the Baltic Sea. Wi-Fi and a smartTV are available.
