The apartment includes 1 living-dining room with a 160x200 fold-out bed sofa in the alcove, a large satellite TV, integrated DVD player and audio system round off the cozy living area. A high-gloss kitchen with a cozy seating area. 2 bedrooms (1 double, 1 single, both with TV), a bathroom with walk-in shower and washing machine.
A 6x1,50m wide south-facing terrace gives a view of the house-own adjacent garden.
