New independent holiday cottage which is located in the outskirts of the idyllic small fishing village CALASETTA (about 3. 000 Ew.) On the peninsula "Sant Antioco" in the southwest of SARDINIA. The house has a small furnished garden area with barbecue and is located just a few minutes walk from the white sand beach "Sotto Torre" and within walking distance of the center of CALASETTA, so you can reach everything within walking distance. A living space of approx. 85 qm which is on 2 levels offers an occupancy for max. 4 persons + 1 toddler. On the ground floor are: 1 living / dining room with integrated kitchen - 1 bathroom with shower / WC / bidet. Upstairs are: 1 bedroom with double beds and balcony - 1 bedroom with 2 single beds which can be put together as matrimonial beds - 1 further bathroom with shower / WC / bidet. Equipment: TV color - washing machine - refrigerator - gas stove with oven - pellet stove for the winter months - barbecue - sun loungers - cots - highchair - outdoor shower - car parking space.

Other very beautiful sandy beaches such as "Le Saline" and "Spiaggia Grande" are nearby. Worth seeing also the rocky cliffs of "Nido dei passeri" or "Mangia barche". Excursions by boat to the nearby island of SAN PIETRO "Carlo Forte" from the port CALASETTA (journey time approx. 30 min.) Are offered every hour. Shopping and service facilities, bars and restaurants are available directly in the village of CALASETTA - or in SANT`ANTIOCO, 10 km away. The capital CAGLIARI with airport is about 1 hour drive away. Arrival from OLBIA about 3.5 hours and from ALGHERO about 2 hours. The small idyllic fishing village CALASETTA (about 3. 000 Ew.)
